Expertise

Research Interests:

  • Drug discovery for Alzheimer’s disease
  • Development of electronic nanobiosensors for the detection breast cancers
  • Bimetallic nanoclusters stabilized by chiral-substituted poly-N-vinylpyrrolidinones for catalytic asymmetric oxidation reactions

Our group focuses on two cancer-related projects:

  1. Bimetallic nanoclusters as catalysts for carbon-hydrogen oxidation and functionalization
  2. Electronic detection and profiling of specific overexpressed breast cancer proteases

Research: Chemistry – Performs synthesis and bio-evaluation of new anti-cancer agents
