I am particularly interested in right heart failure which, in PAH, is the greatest cause of both morbidity and mortality. My studies focus on Rho-kinase mediated coronary remodeling and cardiac function in the Sugen-Hypoxia-Normoxia rat model of PAH.
I am particularly interested in targeted drug delivery and identifying lung specific markers that will allow for the delivery of Rho kinase inhibitors to lung tissue.
