His research interests include social media, social entrepreneurship, and leadership. He is interested in how emerging social technologies are shaping our personal and corporate environments. He is interested in how small to medium sized enterprises are using social media to connect with and develop relationships with their customers. He is interested in how social media are changing the organizational business model and how savvy individuals will parlay these skills into leadership acumen.
