Expertise

Professor Joyner's research interests are focused in public international law. He has written extensively on international nuclear weapons nonproliferation law and civilian nuclear energy law. He has additionally written on the rights of states in international law, treaty interpretation, international economic sanctions, international use of force law, fragmentation theory, the United Nations Security Council, and international investment law.
