Expertise

Her current research, stemming from her clinical work, examines amateurism in college sports and the commercial impacts of name, image, and likeness laws, framing normative implications in antitrust law theory. She also researches alternative legal practice models, including multidisciplinary practice models, non-lawyer investment in law firms, and international public listing of law firms. Professor Faucon’s prior research as a Hastie Fellow was an interdisciplinary investigation into the regulation of domestic polygamy and polyamory, borrowing regulatory concepts from business entity rules and contract methods.
