My research interests are primarily behavioral audit, using mixed methods, focused on auditor judgment and decision making. I am interested in the early career auditor experience, including what factors of the job motivate early career auditors to perform high quality work. Further, I am interested in factors that can lead to a misalignment between expectations and experiences for novice auditors.
