A professor of clinical geropsychology, Dr. Snow’s main research interests are in nursing home organizational change (“culture change”) and related efforts in nursing home leadership, staff development, and quality of care interventions. Dr. Snow has a particular interest in the evaluation and management of pain in persons with dementia. Finally, her work also includes the development and evaluation of assessments and treatments of other psychological disorders in persons with dementia.
