Her research focuses on the neuro-behavioral mechanisms (e.g., automatic evaluations and approach-avoidance behavioral tendencies) that drive physical activity and sedentary behaviors. Her goal is to leverage these behavioral mechanisms to help individuals engage in and adhere to lifelong physical activity effortlessly.
