Research Interests: Medieval literature, Dante, Vico, modern and contemporary poetry, and critical theory. Dr. Godorecci has written articles and presented on a variety of topics including Dante, Vico, Gentile, Ungaretti, Montale, De Luca.

He teaches courses in Italian, Romance Languages, Film, World Literature, Honors, Blount Undergraduate Initiative, and in Critical Theory and the task of the reader. Special focus on Dante, Vico, Joyce, and Derrida.
