Expertise

My research interests are in the epidemiology of disease and decreased production in beef operations, and the application of epidemiology and simulation modeling to facilitate decision making. My research includes modeling biosecurity practices for beef operations including the use of Risk Analysis to identify optimal Biosecurity and Management programs for BRD, BVDV and Tritrichomonas.

My research interests also include the efficient and safe production of beef.
