Although her primary research interest focuses on gender equity, she also studies the impact on organizations of board of directors, CEO, and top management team diversity as well as perceptions around pay.

  • The effect of board gender diversity on perceptions of gender equity in firms.
  • Employee involvement in women's professional organizations for leader development, particularly in firms and industries that are male dominated.
  • Beliefs and background experiences related to people's attitudes toward CEO pay in the U.S.
