Larson’s current research interests are in both construction and engineering education along with concrete structures. As a graduate student he conducted research in two different areas: 1) both analytical and experimental research on repair of damaged prestressed girders with use of a filter performance rating, or FPR; and 2) use of self-consolidating concrete, or SCC, in prestressed members.
