Dr. Zhang’s research focuses on public budgeting and finance, public procurement and outsourcing, donors' philanthropy behavior, and nonprofit finance and management.
A member of K-State faculty since 2013, Dr. Zhang teaches course on public finance, public budgeting, financial management for nonprofit organizations, and introduction to public administration.
