  • Effects of calcium supplementation on bone density and body composition in postmenopausal women
  • Green tea ingestion on postprandial lipemia and glycemia in overweight individuals
  • Exercise on chronic inflammation and postprandial lipemia in overweight individuals

Our work centers on finding non-pharmacological (e.g., more financially feasible) means of preventing or treating chronic diseases such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and cancer.
