Research Goals:

Bill Turnley conducts research in the areas of organizational behavior, human resource management and business ethics. His primary areas of interest include psychological contracts and employment relationships, organizational citizenship behavior and other pro-social employee behaviors, impression management, and reducing unethical behavior.
