Specialization: Modeling of Biological and Epidemiological Sciences, Dynamical Systems, Control Theory, Numerical Analysis

Jaberi-Douraki's research focuses on mathematical data science, modeling of biological and epidemiological science, dynamical systems, control theory and numerical analysis.

My work involves developing computer and mathematical tools and models to predict the distribution and analyze the effectiveness of potential anti-cancer drugs and therapeutic nanomaterials in animals and humans. Currently, we are collaborating with an oncology pharmacist, applying our data science work from drug adverse events to optimize regimens for more personalized care of breast cancer patients.

Research: Develops quantitative and computer modeling methods to better understand cancer growth and optimize regimens for personalized breast cancer therapy
