Our main interests involve exploring the intersection of the three sub-systems that make up the reward system: the reward valuation and prediction sub-system, the timing sub-system, and the decision-making sub-system.

The main line of research in my laboratory is the role of timing processes in determining impulsive choices in rats.

Our other main line of current research involves diet-induced impulsive choices.
