Professor Dermisek is a theoretical particle physicist with interests in the origin of particles, symmetries, mass, fundamental couplings, and other outstanding problems in high energy physics. His research focuses on models related to understanding of electroweak symmetry breaking, properties of the Higgs boson, physics beyond the standard model, and grand unification.
