Expertise
My interests in research are consultation and collaboration with investigators in medicine, and development of statistical methodological and software solutions for problems arising from collaborative research. The projects vary from design and analysis of clinical trials, observational studies and animal models, medical informatics to bioinformatics for data stemming from applications of high throughput functional genomics techniques, such as microarrays and proteomics.
