Currnt projects include, development and translation of radioimmunoconjugates for PET based on antibodies to the GD2 ganglioside for imaging melanoma, osteosarcoma, neuroblastoma, small cell lung cancer and brain tumors; translation of [F18]MFBG (analog of [I123]MIBG) for PET imaging of neuroendocrine tumors; and design of PET radiotracers based on novel glutaminase inhibitors for imaging and to facilitate therapeutic development for breast cancer and other glutamine-dependent neoplasms.
