Her research focuses on the relationship between experiential coursework and its value to law graduates’ transition to practice, especially during their early careers. Her current research is an empirical analysis of attorney-supervisor evaluations of students to examine the nature of extern work assignments (e.g., variety, complexity, and levels of responsibility). She expects to cross analyze how the nature of extern work is impacted by characteristics of the placement offices and of the students.
