We are interested in the tissue interactions during animal development which affect cell proliferation and growth during tissue and organ regeneration, using as an experimental model the regenerating amphibian limb. Cellular mechanisms for initiating vertebrate organ regeneration, utilizing the regenerating amphibian limb model.
