Research:
- Develop compressed sensing (CS) technique to reduce acquisition time for 3D diffusion MRI.
- Achieve the highest spatial resolution (25 µm isotropic) of diffusion MRI in Rodents.
- Probe tissue microstructure using multi-shell and high b value diffusion MRI acquisition.
- Apply novel MRI technologies to various brain diseases, including Autism spectrum disorder, and multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer’s disease, etc.
- Investigate 3D collagen fiber network in cartilage, ligament, meniscus, etc.
Dr. Wang’s interests include developing novel MRI acquisition and reconstruction methods for various brain diseases and musculoskeletal disorders.
