Her scholarship investigates the influence of globalization on the work and structure of law firms, on legal education and on regulation of the profession.

She is an expert in the fields of legal education and the legal profession, including in the global context.  Through empirical research, she examines issues related to equity, diversity, and global forces within the legal profession and legal education.
