Dr. Collins’ current research interests include:
• Studying sources of variability in response to mycophenolic acid and tacrolimus for autoimmunity.
• Implementation of personalized anti-hypertensive therapy and use of genetic factors to predict risk of chronic kidney disease progression.
• Studying transcriptomic signatures of acute kidney injury and chronic kidney disease to understand disease progression and identify new targeted therapies.
