I am interested in drug interactions in oncology patients, and the potential impact these have on both toxicity of therapy and outcomes. I use the tools of clinical pharmacology to explore the impacts of individual patient factors (genetics, age, sex, concomitant medications) on the kinetics of drugs in patients.
