Dr. Fowler’s research is focused on the development, testing, and comparison of evidence-based and patient-centered interventions that improve the quality of care for older adults with Alzheimer’s disease and their family caregivers, in particular medical decision-making interventions to support family caregivers.
Dr. Nicole Fowler is a health services researcher and implementation scientist whose overarching focus is on behavioral and other nonpharmacologic approaches to support dementia care and family caregiving.
