Following Kant's injunction to inquire closely into "what is human," one major line of active research involves an examination of the co-evolution of brain/mind and the ability to create representations in the "hominization" process. To this end, one of the world's least intelligent multi-actor systems as well as an incredibly dumb production system are being constructed to emulate early hominid mind and society.
