My nursing career includes 18 years of leadership experience in acute, long-term care, and academic settings. I have taught various graduate and undergraduate nursing courses including Nursing Executive and Nursing Research, Theory, Statistics, and Professional Seminar. My research expertise includes qualitative methods with a focus on person-centeredness in gerontological care and innovative teaching strategies in nursing education. I also have the pleasure of serving as an evaluator for the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education for nursing residency programs.
