Expertise

Dr. Victor’s research examines social work responses to interpersonal violence and harm across the life course, with a particular focus on child maltreatment, domestic violence and parental substance misuse.  He also specializes in the use of data science methods and administrative records research to better understand system dynamics and drive data-informed decision-making.
