Expertise
Dr. Kelli S. Roush is a Clinical Assistant Professor for the Indiana University School of Nursing. She works as a supplemental Clinical Educator for Indiana University Health Indy Suburban Region. Dr. Roush received her MSN focused in nursing administration in 2012 and her DNP in organization leadership and systems in 2015.  She has been a board certified medical-surgical nurse since 2011 and is a member of ANA, ANPD, NLN, MNRS, and the Alpha chapter of STTI. Dr. Roush spent 8 years as a medical surgical nurse before moving into education services.  In her education role, she oversaw new nurse and patient care assistant onboarding along with student nurse professional development programs.  She served as a Magnet Program Coordinator and gained insight as an organizational leader and program management. Dr. Roush is passionate about helping nurses’ transition into practice and nurse professional development which most of her scholarship is focused on.
