Kim Sarver Senior Research Project Manager

Kim Sarver, PMP, MSEE is Polis’ Senior Research Project Manager. Her responsibilities include the coordination of cross-functional teams and resources for multiple Polis projects with the nonprofit, government, academic, and healthcare sectors. A professional project manager, Sarver’s background includes certification as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI) and training in agile project management methodologies. Her expertise comprises software development, product lifecycle, process improvement,  collaborations/partnerships, and new program development.
