My research focuses on intimate partner violence (IPV): co-occurring IPV and substance use disorder (SUD), effectiveness of interventions with men who use IPV, and community-based hybrid approaches to IPV and SUD.
Teaching Interest: Mental health practice with adults, family violence, practice evaluation, single case evaluation, research methods, and statistics
Practice Experience: Community mental health, substance abuse prevention, Youth Service Bureaus, and independent social work practice focused on child custody evaluations in contested divorces
