Expertise

I work in the field of cardioinformatics, which focuses on the design, implementation and application of large-scale bioinformatics and computational biology methods to cardiovascular/renal/metabolic disease data storage, computing and analysis.

My principal research focus is on creating large-scale computational infrastructure for housing the world’s cardiovascular/renal/metabolic disease data at a massive scale, and mining new insights from it via secondary analysis of existing clinical and genetic datasets.
