Expertise
Marianne Cardwell, PMP, GISP, CSM is the GIS Project Coordinator on the Geoinformatics team. In this role, she supports a variety of projects that use geospatial data and technologies on behalf of Polis’ partner communities and fosters relationships within those communities to cultivate new project opportunities. Her background in GIS, application development, and project management contributes significantly to the Center’s work in GIS and data analytics and helps it expand its use into new areas. Prior to joining Polis, she was an Aviation Geospatial Project Manager for Woolpert, GIS Programmer for SAIC, and GIS Manager for Parsons. Marianne earned her BS degree in Geography from Michigan State University and MS degree in Geographic and Cartographic Sciences from George Mason University.
