Kevin’s research uses innovative quantitative methods to examine how postsecondary policies and practices contribute to the success of undergraduates.

Through his research, Dr. Fosnacht seeks to identify ways colleges and universities can improve the college experience holistically. Topically, Dr. Fosnacht’s research has focused on a range of programs and practices, like advising, democratic engagement, information literacy skills development, learning communities, financial stress, and pre-college programs, with the potential to improve both student success and students’ learning and development.
