Expertise

Research Areas:

  • Chromatin, Chromosomes, and Genome Integrity
  • Developmental Mechanisms and Regulation in Eukaryotic Systems
  • Plant Molecular Biology.

A longstanding interest in my laboratory is the regulation of flowering time.

We are particularly interested in the role of that the floral repressor FLOWERING LOCUS C (FLC) plays in the regulation of flowering.

My laboratory is generally interested in gene regulation, epigenetics, and chromatin structure/function.

Subject Area:

  • Biology.

Research Interests:

  • regulation of chromatin structure and gene expression by epigenetic modifications.
