Dr. Li’s research interest is motivated by collaborations, including record linkage of health information from different data sources using latent class modeling, confounding adjustment in comparative analysis using observational data from electronic patient records, estimation of covariate distribution given patient survival, and analysis of gene signature patterns for patients or samples under different conditions.
