I am a geoscientist with diverse research interests grounded in some combination of hydrology, meteorology/climatology, physical geography, and sedimentary geology.
I have broad research interests in modern and ancient climate, fluvial and glacial systems. My current research themes include: 1) Sedimentary records of Quaternary glaciation, paleoclimate, and, fluvial processes and responses 2) Historic climate coupling with the Hydrosphere and the Cryosphere AND 3) Geoarchaeology and paleoenvironments of river valleys.
