Expertise

Reed Crawford’s work spans many areas including inclusive early childhood special education, early childhood assessment, professional development to support practitioners in effective implementation of inclusive service provision, family future’s planning, early intervention home visiting, supporting children and families through traumatic medical experiences. A common theme in her work is ensuring the equitable access to and the successful mastery of children in all the environments they experience.

I have had a long interest in understanding the impact of life events (disability, medical issues, inclusion) on young children and their families and how to support their successful navigation of those experiences.
