In the future, she plans to integrate clinical psychology, developmental psychology, and neuroscience to study how externalizing psychopathology develops in children and adolescents who have experienced adversity and poverty. Ultimately, she would like her research findings to inform prevention and early intervention methods utilized in the fields of mental health and education.
