Specifically, my research focuses on the following: emotion perception, including deficits with emotional self-awareness (alexithymia) and recognition of others' emotions (affect recognition); empathy; irritability, anger, and aggression; emotion regulation and well-being; and interpersonal interactions and relationship quality after brain injury.
