My basic laboratory research involves investigation of the immunopathogenesis of sexually transmitted diseases in women. I am currently focused on exploring the immune response(s) in women infected with Chlamydia trachomatis, a major cause of pelvic disease in women that can lead to infertility, chronic pelvic pain, and an increased risk for ectopic pregnancy and HIV acquisition.

His basic laboratory research involves investigation of the immunopathogenesis of sexually transmitted diseases in women, He currently provides inpatient and outpatient service at Eskenazi Hospital.
