My lab group works in aquatic genetics and genomics, with recent or ongoing projects on blue catfish, mussels, hybrid striped bass, largemouth bass, and prawn among others. Areas of focus include creation/utilization of molecular resources for aquaculture, recreation and conservation and molecular immunology studies aimed at pathogens of aquacultured species.
