Dr. Suh's research focuses on understanding what and how constructs are crucial in certain culture (a) to have better understanding of its impact on academic, career, and life decisions as well as satisfaction and (b) to provide culturally appropriate interventions. For instance, she works with college students from marginalized groups, to understand and help their academic, career, and life development process with consideration of cultural and social constructs (e.g., perfectionism, Model Minority Myth).
