Dr. Walker's research interests include multi-source feedback processes, linking Human Resource practices to bottom-line results, and the study of ethical judgments, decisions, and behavior at work. He teaches at both the graduate and undergraduate levels in the area of Human Resources Management and Organizational Behavior.
