Expertise

As such, research in my laboratory generally addresses one of the following objectives:

  1. Defining nutrient and energy needs of modern broilers, with an emphasis on amino acids
  2. Improving strategies to assess and enhance feed ingredient utilization
  3. Determining how nutrient needs and utilization are influenced by stress (e.g., enteric disease, heat stress, etc.)
