His research has focused on integrated nano/microsystesms for biotechnology, and more specifically single cell/molecule analysis, integrated micro system for multiple enzymatic reactions, and very-large-scale integrated (VLSI) microfluid systems for automated bioprocessing.
We are focusing on the development of integrated microfluidic systems for automated systems biotechnology targeting nanoliter, picoliter, or femtoliter levels of samples and reagents.
Our current research interests are very Interdisciplinary in the fields of nano/microfluidic systems design and fabrication, nanomaterials syntheses and characterization, and clean and sustainable energy production.
