Dr. Bardeen's research is broadly focused on information processing and emotion regulation in the development and maintenance of anxiety- and fear-related pathology. Within this broader context, he is particularly interested in the use of higher-order cognitive abilities, such as executive attention, to alleviate emotional distress.
