My current interests include the development of positive social, academic, and health outcomes among ecologically and developmentally vulnerable children. More specifically, I conduct longitudinal studies to identify the risk and protective factors in children's home and school environments that enhance young children's development. I am also interested in the application of sophisticated analytic techniques to applied research questions, including latent growth modeling, fixed effects analysis, and propensity score analysis.
